What Payments are accepted?
We require all payments to be made in advance or upon pick up in the form of Cash or through Zelle. (If you are paying in advance please make sure to notify when doing so)

As of right now, Mundo Paws ONLY accept dog walks in the Manhattan, NYC area. This allows us to get to each appointment in a timely matter.
How many pets can be walked PER appoinment?
As of right now, we only allow ONE furry friend per walk appointment.
How late can I request walks with Mundo Paws?
Mundo Paws requires 24hr notice BEFORE desired appointment time/day. This allows us enough time to schedule you in.

Does Mundo Paws do in home petsitting?
Due to staff safety and customer privacy, Mundo Paws does NOT provide in home petsitting.Â
What areas are petsitting services offered by Mundo Paws?
As of right now, Mundo Paws ONLY accept petsitting appointments in 4 of the NYC boroughs. (The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn)
